Kosmo Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“User,” meaning any individual or organization that accesses Kosmo official website) and Hesai Technology Pte. Ltd., together with its affiliates (“Kosmo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website , including any of its subpages (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party shall submit the dispute to Shanghai Arbitration Commission, with the seat of arbitration in [Shanghai], for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of that institution in effect at the time of the arbitration application. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
